Grind the cylinder head:

a gab of 1mm to 1,2mm between piston at OT and cylinder head should be ok.

Measured the ori cylinder head

it’s 1,65mm at the head

to grind the head you should fix a sheet of 60er grinding paper on a glas…[Lees meer]

@ PoliniCitta: yes I thought so, the RPM’s are raising higher and higher the longer I drive. At the moment I’m driving with a 10,5er gear ratio 65mm clutch bell and 80mm pully. I think I will change the gearbox to 8,5er ratio. Don’t need to buy a new v-belt:D

No I havn’t dealed with this specific guys from Motorluppino but with another Switzerland shop called Cycletech. The shipping cost and paying customs was very high.
And your shippment cost of about 22 Euro from Netherland to UK is less than I payed from Switzerland to Germany.8)

I would say no, don’t fit.

As I measure on my old Ciao with 19″ wheels there is only 6,5 to 7 cm space between head and fendor. The Polini Top One needs 7 to 7,5 cm space.

I drive a Proma CC, that exhaust fits;)

bought the side inlet carter half and the carburetor at Cycletech (Switzerland) when they had their 20% price reduction action for around 150,- Euro.

The big carter was a scrap carter for zero=)

Enlarging cylinder sit for 46mm Pinasco in the great carter half 20,- Euro( if I remember right)

so, today the sun was shining and I did some modifications on my side stand;)

First cutted the tube by some mm from the backside

Due to that the side stand comes closer to the frame by the distance of the cutted ring

Then put the cutted ring from the other side on the pedal arm to get the same length like before
