Measured casings and cranks and figured it out,took a bit of time to get the Exhaust and transfer timings I wanted as the rod length is also 4mm longer but all good now,now to tune the DEPS cylinder😀
crankcase machining done and 19mm phbg carb reamed out to 21mm -

shims or no shims in a malossi mp1 casing.?
I noticed that thecrank already has 0.3 shoulders on the webs -
