Ich habe diese Kunst von Tankdeckel auch schon gesehen. Denke dass das Original von Piaggio ist. Wenn ich mich nicht täuschte, wurden diese Deckel bei USA-Modelle benutzt. Schau mal bei mopedarmy im Wiki, glaube ich hab das dort gesehen.

Left “Rot” comes cable from the Stator and the Lights and Brake light.
2. “Masse” is ground
3. “Gelb” comes to the yellow cable from the Stator.
4. “Akku” is 12VDC

The original colors that came out of the Motor mean:
yellow = 6V/20W
brown = 6V/10W
blue = 12v/10W
black = ground
That are al AC.
The Malossi-Ignition makes 12V/65W (yellow ca. 15W and red ca. 50W).
I recommend to put more power at the lights and use the regulator to generate 12VDC for a 12V Motorcycle-horn.

This plugs comes from the Vespa,look on Google for “Vespa Stecker 3 pin”. Maybe a local Vespastore have this. I ordered mine from scootercenter in Germany.

It looks very small. Watch out if the Cdi gets hot.
Du you have a Strobo-light? Can yoa check the timings?

Hast du eine andere Cdi versucht?
Bei den China-CDis sind manchmal die Anschlüsse verdreht.
Messe mit einem Ohmmeter den Masseanschluss gegen die 3 Anschlüsse.
Der Anschluss der 60kohm – 120kohm hat, ist der grüne Anschluss.
Der Anschluss mit 0-2ohm ist Weiss.
Und der Anschluss mit >1Mohm ist Rot.

All your values sounds perfect (squish, Compresion ratio).
When you have detonations, you can see sperical (half round) holes at the borders of the piston and head. The heavy vibrations coms from a other part. Do you have a original Flywheel to test it?

He has 2 rolls an the frame, this makes the belt shorter.
