The carb as big as possible that can fit into a Ciao frame without great modifications. Hopefully 19.
More important to me is te question of what cylinder use, as I like to use a 4 tap cylinder. As far as I see on the pictures, the pinasco 46/46 cylinder only use 3 tap. 😕

After some waiting time I got a Pinasco Power Casing 46 x 46 x12

Hey Crullie, thanks, I have now time to get my old half finished projects out of the corners to finalize them.

That is exacly the gasket I have for my kit.
Only will need the two copper rings , perfect.I finally assembled the tooth belt drive with toothed clutch housing and toothed pulley on my oldtimer Ciao.

Junior Piet and I signed up for this year on September 6th.

Is it possible to ride a fast Vespa on the Assen track, or is it only for original Oldies?
oke, thanks.
Then I will try to press a 25 x 20mm sleeve in with a 13,5 x 20mm needle bearing.I found one Minarelli fly clutch in my fundus and measured the inner dia. of pulley needle bearing.
It is about 17mm and the outer dia. of the Malossi gear shat is only 13,5mm.Are there maybe different Minarelli fly clutches on the market?
