Crullie, yes, I used the ball bearings from the Sprocatti set. I have researched the net to find some bearings with more balls in it but couldn’t find it. All have the same number of balls in. Looks like standard for that size bearings. 😕

aah, I was always speculating what function the red foam in the Pinasco side inlet set has when I saw it.

Can you help me? What is the function of that foam?

Martino, I think I will put it in Bartjee’s blue frame as it has the stiffnes tubes to the labil rear end. And also already has the fixings for the radiator.

I think I will need all stiffness what I can get. This cnc bearing holder looks stronger than the original one.

Now after the carter is fixed in right position that the kruk can turn easily without scratching the carter inner diameter the sealing surface for the cylinder gasket was not plain anymore.

Today I assembled the two carter halfs. That was not easy as the carters have no center ring like ori, Malo or Polini carters what brings both carter half into right middle position to each other.

So I had to disassemble the carter halfs three times till I had free turning without blocking of the krukas. :'(

Rick, yes, that is a lot what need to be modiefied. What metal sheet thickness did you use for the modifications? 2mm ?

Is the frame still strong enough after the modifications?

One option was to use a scooter crank with two ends. One for the vario and the other side for ignition or water pump drive.
So this block has much potential.:D
