it has 1 upstanding edge, this side needs to face your clutch,

So don’t put the ring whit the upstanding edge facing the flywheel.

I have the polini springs in my inventory, so I will change the standard springs with the green ones. Thanks so far guys!

Another thing, I got that horrible Tecno Reverse Exhaust, it sucks! So would it be better to change it with the Polini Top One?

Yea sorry, I mean compression,
i think the problem is in the clutch, the clutch has a hard time to make the grab and rotate the piston/flywheel

But when the clutch is too tight, there compression all the time.

I would buy a need exhaust as soon as possible, and luckily, i all ready have some polini springs, including the blue ones, thanks for your help guys 🙂
Was thinking of buying the Gianelli Fire exhaust, is it worth it?

Doesn’t got a Vario any more, it broke down, so i use a normal clutch now, yes it is that crappy exhaust. My ignition is the CDM-01 from this webside 🙂

Anyone who got a guide how to adjust the frame for the simonini engine? I’m really interested in this engine

Think I’ll just will be on the safe side, i’m only 16 years old, can’t afford to loose 1000 euro for a motor I can’t get to run probably. On the Simonini Engine, Isn’t it just a hole in the frame to the Caburateur and membran?

Hmm, god damn it! Well maybe i should just improve my Polini Speedengine with a Simonini Side-inlets. Sorry i keep changing my mind, i just want to be a little more special than other Ciao’s in Denmark. Where can i buy the Simonini Side inlet? I keep searching on Google, but with no luck.

Hmm, Maybe i should just use the Simonini Engine, or what about The Zirri engine? Any place where I can buy that?

In Denmark, we don’t have any special parts for ciao, everybody is making laugh of ciao’s op here in the north. But if you got a Yamaha Jog or PGO Hot 50, then we got lots of good stuff 🙂
