Nice video, the thing really flies….
19 augustus 2009 om 18:19 #453995It is incredibly fast 😀
Don’t you think you need a helmet at 100km/hours :pest
AW50-4t | 13.13 | Gianelli Citypower | 3.2Nm@6000rpm | 3.0pk@6700rpm
Home made engine dyno19 augustus 2009 om 21:07 #435859Damn so fast… and without a helmet, youve got a deathwish?
19 augustus 2009 om 22:13 #436202“aaaah… sheiße” ^^
damn, give it wings and it will fly.. o_O
20 augustus 2009 om 08:51 #438150I think none of us expected the pinasco was SO fast!
It had a reputation of a very LOW rpm cylinder.
Shame, JMPB charges 160€ for it now.20 augustus 2009 om 16:49 #433803THX allot to you guys
jeah im shamed that i dont were a helmet on that video
but i had nothing to put the camera onto so that it isnt staying on the ground 😕on one way i made 96 but the waights were to light
today i bought 5,5 gramm but this is a bit to heavy grrrrrrrrr
lets see the next days how it runs on longer time with that waights
when it istn good i will buy 5,2 or 5,0 gramm
this will hopefully do the job@daan: i dont expextet it too that the pinasco is that fast
but i think when i want to reach more speed i´ve got to drill the window from the outlet 0,5mm more up
and than i got to calculate a exhaust by myselfthis is hard work but its the best hobby you can have
regards from germany to you guys
Marc20 augustus 2009 om 18:52 #433798awesome speed.. did you tried already different exhaust systems?
like fabrizi …
Mike20 augustus 2009 om 19:15 #433953no i didnt try it with the pinaco
but it will be verry interresting 😀11 september 2009 om 20:27 #454346Great Ciao !

update
at monday i was on my test track round my village and made some wheelys and videos
everything runs smooth and verry nice
but than as i wantet to drive home it didnt feels good
some seconds before i hat to switch on “reserve fuel”
i used the shoke because with it i can drive again without to stop and wait that the carburetore gets full with fuel
100 meters after i switched to reserve it didnt feel very good
i needet more and more power to get on 70 and it was like i´am using the brake when i went off the gasso i stopped immediatly and bufffff…. engine was dead
hmmmmmm what the hell …. i tried to turm my crankshaft / multivar but it was damn hot
after some minutes i turn it again and i could feel that the zylinder still got kompression
but its turning really heavy
so i know my special bearings are brokensee this
my first look in the engine was hääääää … there isnt anything broken but when you look exact you see that the
cylindrical roller bearings Cart was damaged
between the 2 rolls you see that the cart is meltedbut why happend that? i think because malossi didnt made this channel from the top in the carters like polini or std engine

malossi made just this little borehole and thats it
hmmmm i will drill it now in there like std engine and polini makes it
i will hope that i wont get this problem again 😀greetz marc
12 september 2009 om 09:43 #454352Just buy normal bearings with a plastic cage….. there 7.50 at jmpb.
I think its totally useless to drive with bearings which cost 25 euro each. You dont have a cilinder which rev’s 13000 RPM.
Check: http://www.jmpb.nl/store/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=1555
Also bearings can die… allot of users drive with reedvalve engines so i think you just had bad luck.
12 september 2009 om 10:32 #454349Just don’t buy plastic cage bearings at all. If you make high RPM they just get too hot appearantly.
And I know that Herr Flick also drives with the TN9 bearings but he almost never drives his Ciao in high revs for longer periods, which you do a lot.
I would advice the standard bearings, they have more than enough buffer. What I always did when I drove around a lot was change them every six months. But even that isn’t really necessary, i did that just for myself, to feel safe…
The RPM limit on an ordinary SKF 6202 explorer bearing is 28000 RPM, that should be enough..
I came, I saw, and I forgot what I was doing...13 september 2009 om 09:46 #437959heyho
@ hansieb: i dont mounted these bearings because of my power or my rpm… no question that i dont reach this rpm !
the reason for that zylindrical bearings is because i can put the engine in less than 10 minutes together and aparti dont like it to heat the carters everytime when there is something wrong
and i dont pay 25 € dude ^^ its unter 20 €@tonni: TN9 bearings? these are the ones from JMPB ?
i will say so… when these zylindrical bearings crashes again i will get some with a “messing korb”
like that

undestroyable 😀

Where can i buy those bearings?13 september 2009 om 14:17 #439045Het zijn NKE lagers. Industriele kwaliteit. Op hun site staat niet waar je ze kan kopen.
