      Hi,
I got a Malossi vario gear shaft from the overrange kit.
Is there any other fly clutch and clutch bell what fits to the Malossi gear shaft rather than the overrange fly clutch and bell? Maybe the FOX clutch or from a Scooter?

Hi Ralf, i use a doppler 107 minarellli bell on my malossi overange set.

If think that most minarelli 107 fly clutch will fit.

          great, thanks Jelle.
Are you using the standard 107 minarelli fly clutch combined with the doppler bell?

All the overrange stuff from Malossi is almost identical to Minarelli scooter parts, with some minor differences or work to have done on these parts. The splines on the ingoing shaft are the same as Minarelli, so you can use any clutchbell you like 105 or 107 does’nt matter.

            Malossi Overrange
On the left a worked Minarelli Pulleys and Malossi Fly clutch for Minarelli, right the Malossi Pulleys. The thing you have to remember is that you have to work the rotation, Minarelli is normally anti-clockwise and our mopeds rotate the other way around. so make your own keyways in the pulleys and for the clutch you need to have these other clutch shoes. These will fit on the Malossi fly clutch from Minarelli.

I found one Minarelli fly clutch in my fundus and measured the inner dia. of pulley needle bearing.
It is about 17mm and the outer dia. of the Malossi gear shat is only 13,5mm.

Are there maybe different Minarelli fly clutches on the market?

Yes they use different bearings on the lower side.
                  Malossi Overrange 2
The Minarelli pulleys on the right use a 17x25x18 needle bearing and the Malossi on the left use a hub in combination of a 13,5x19x12 needle bearing also a different size oil seal (13,5x22x4).

                    oke, thanks.
                    Then I will try to press a 25 x 20mm sleeve in with a 13,5 x 20mm needle bearing.
