From SwedenI think the second setup will run better 😛 I don’t know the eurocilindro 73cc. Is it the same like the 73 ccm Athena? Then I wouldn’t take this cilinder, i would put a 73cc Pinasco Black edition on the engine.

Euro 46 ftw! Especially if it’s the 28mm exhaust version.
Definitely the second option.
The side inlet is a lot bigger and more direct then the inlet of the Polini Evolution engine.
As for the cylinder, there are many versions of the 46mm Eurocilindro, but the one Edjuh described is the fastest.Almost the fastest 46mm cylinder there is for our vespa’s.
