also, is the si with the shocks in back a different model than the one with the uni shock? i’ve only ever seen the uni shock si’s in the states.

the gears are perfectly smooth running. i already blew up one set of malossi gears, so i took care to be sure that they ran smoothly this time. 80w-90 for sure? i will replace my current oil before i run them again, i do not want to have to buy another set of these gears..

diac, illegal it may be, but the police do not know that. it has a license plate on the back and that’s all they care about here.

are the 5 spoke wheels the only common 17″ wheel? other than wire spoke, that is

that is a hot pipe. looks like it would get in the way of the pedals, no? i can’t have that..
the calibrata is a rad pipe to look at too, and it clears the pedals. i hope it performs well.

where can i see the ninja vespa pipe? all my french bike friends have them on their bikes, i haven’t seen one for vespa before..

hey richardson, sounds like your belt might be a little loose. loosen up the bolts holding in the motor, and slide it forward as far as you can. there should be a little lever on one of the bolts to aid in this, but i’ve never had much luck getting that thing to work well. i usually just pitch it.

will be powder coated. my friend does it for a living, and he has high-temp masking tape, so he can do the 3 colors. should be awesome!

i’m going to try and figure something out for the clutch bell. the stock ones are poorly made. weakest link, in my opinion.

what clutch bell is that up there on that citi?
are there any after market clutch bells out there? i keep breaking mine.
would it be worth my time to make an alum clutch bell with a steel sleeve for the clutch shoes to run on?

hey guys, i got it nice and centered. the way i ended up doing it was spinning the large variator nut all the way down to the bottom of the threads, and used a small socket that fit over the shaft and firmly on the edge of the nut, and gave it a couple gentle taps. perfect!

i was considering it, but it’s too large and bulky. 20mm would have been perfect, and a down draft carb would have been sweet too, but it’s just too overly large
