The reedvalve is Malossi MHR VL18, especially designed for the Malossi C-one crankcase, but is has AM6 dimensions.

Base of triangle is 36,5mm,
Height of triangle is 35mm
width of triangle is 45mm

The base-plate is not included in the dimensions.

Nice, is that you engine with the 2Fast cylinder? Will you run BBK or the 70cc version?
I can’t decide if I should go 2Fast or S6 R/T, the S6 price is a bit better but from what I heard the 2Fast delivers 2Hp more out of the box.

The selettra binnenrotor, is it the MHR Team version with CDI? Will it be necessary to rotate the rotor 180 degrees…[Lees meer]

I will not CAD the transfers, thoose will need to be matched by hand so I leave them out..

I try to adopt as much mineralli parts as possible, apart from the obvious..

Yes, it would be kind of time consuming to both produce all fans, but also test them out..

I just haven’t figured out the stator position according to the rotation of crank..

It would be interesting to see how the frame can be modded on a Ciao without loosing the rigididity. I have searched for some inspirational pictures, but thoose Italians are keeping them photos a secret. 🙂

Much easier with citta/bravo/Si brug, but the Ciao is still a mystery.

Today I tried to fit the polini variator I bought 3½ years ago, seems like they were drunk at the factory. The hole inner disc is offset and impossible to align with the bushing. Think it will be hard to get a new one from…[Lees meer]
