Well to be honest the Ciao isn’t even build yet, hence not tested! Probably I won’t be finnished in the upcoming 5 years with my speed either. But building is fun to 😀

@Martino, this fan is printed in 2 pieces and glued together with hobby-glue (as shown in the perso). It’s only intended as mock-up for testing fitting. I don’t think it will handle real-life use due to the heat.

In Sweden, all the vespas are “snor”, 25km/h.. Therefor all have this plug in the intake.
The ciaos never came with license plate here, that are allowed for 45km/h
With a dremel it would be a hassle, but putting it up in the mill it will be quite easy 🙂

The simo kruk is stroked I beleive, 44mm instead of 43mm, is your cylinder ports adapted to this stroke?.
You will be better/cheaper off using the Mazzucchelli full round kruk, AMT206, JMPB sells this one. It’s almost same as Malossi full round kruk.
