Is the piston mounted right?
The Arrow on the Piston must show to the exhaust.Hy Martin
I have also ordered Sprinklers on Ali and I have measured them. I was also sceptic.
All of them was the printed size +- 1 size. per example the 65 was measured 66, but that can be a measurement error, I was not able to measure particulary and the error of +- 1 can be my fault. The Dellorto I have measured to compare was also +-1 size.Dieses:

If you have this mounted, trow it away. This is a restrictor.
Do you have mounted the Rubber-ring that comes with the Malossi-Vario? That are a restriction and not must be mounted.
The ring that Martino asks is like a thick O-ring behind the white bushing and prevents airleaks.
You have confirmed, that you have ha 12/10 for catalizet models and this have a special bushing with 19mm outer diameter instead of the normal 18mm (like your 13/13).
Example of the bushing:

File carefully down the “bridge” with a thin file, Dremel or handsaw. With a little of luck you can solve the problem.

I think your 12/10 is a carburatore for the katalizet engine. Can you interchange the Nylon bushings? In other words; can you put the bushing from the 13/13 into the 12/10 and the other way?
What are the inner diameter of the bushings of the carburators? That must be 15.90 to max. 16.10mm.
Don’t screw to strong the Holder of the carburator, that breaks very fast. With bether Pictures and more details :

Look at jmpb for a lock from Gilera Città or Tomos A35 and compare the measurements.
A vew Vespas (the scooters) have the same lock, but vespaparts are very expensive.Look this movie and you buy a Malossi instead of the Pinasco :
I hope you can translate this, that you can understand:
I have the same flywheel like you, with the same problems. I don’t see this marks, till I read your post.
I have measured the Pinascoflywheel an a original one to compare it.
The issue with the ignitionpoint you can resolve making the holes in the Stator to slots and file down some places in the Carter. I can send you a few fotos.
The first curve are with a Pinascoflywheel and the second with the original one. Both measured with the same original Ducati-CDI:

You can download the book here :

Look at the Book of “Graham Bell”, page 70 to page 92.
At page 90 that have a exemple of a Racing muffler for low noise.Stellen Sie die Verbindung folgendermaßen her:

Was für eine Zündspule (Hochspannung) verwenden Sie? Wenn es sich um ein billiges Remake handelt, empfehle ich Ihnen, ein hochqualitatives Remake zu organisieren (Kosten ca. 30 €) oder eines zu verwenden, bei dem ein anderer Motor läuft. Diese remakecoil sind von sehr geringer Qualität.I think you have a Short-circuit between the Flywheel and the coil. The connection of the coil is not ok, the space between the Flywheel and the coil is very small.
I see that you crankshaft is damaged and the thread is broken. The rear fixingpoint of the Case is also broken. How will you use this Engine?
