your pipe is good for a 50cc stock setup. normally youll have to fit a jet between 50 and 56 with a 12.12
check your sparkplug for color after 20 km, it has to have a dark brown colorwhat do you think about the Polini air filter in my set up? should I change it with the original piaggio one (DGM)
Best regards
Hello,
I have very good experience with DAYCO vario belt special for PIAGGIO SI. I also have Piaggio model SI vario with 90 mm pulley and I have never had any problems with lenght. Here ’s the link from the store where I bought it.
Merry christmas;)
What about the benefits which I could gain with LEO VINCE circuit (acceleration, torque, top speed) according to the GIANNELLI city power?
What about the central stand. Is it neccesary to dismount the central stand for proper mounting of LEO VINCE circuit?
My question about GIANNELLI city power was more about the benefits which I could gain with LEO VINCE circuit (acceleration, torque, top speed) according to the GIANNELLI city power?
Regards

From some sort off quiet till loud; Leovinci, Polini, Proma. But keep in mind, there is some difference between the Leovinci silencers. Unfortunately there’s no picture with the provided link. Thanks for the link between.
What do you excatly mean with this differences about LEOVINCE silencers. I also missing the picture but according to the number of model 4234 it should be the right one for CIAO:con
I hope that this is not some bad(china) copy of LEO VINCE
Do you think it will be worth to replace GIANNELLI original power (city power) with LEO VINCE?
Hello,
I found LEO VINCE new model 4234 (CIAO version) on MOPSHOP store (Germany). It seem to be a reasonable price:)Here’s the link
I also wonder if it is neccesary to dismount the central stand for proper mounting of LEO VINCE or POLINI?
What about the noise of these three exhausts. Which is the most acceptable. I have no experience with none of them.
Thanks for answers
Hello,
Is there any chances that you send me some pictures of VARIO that you sell to and would you shipp to SLOVENIA (cost)?
Please send a PM.regards
Thank you for the exact explanation:).
If I understand the chart I must look for details in row 8 (1:10,5) gearing 10.73?
Nice chart, but I need some explanation:con
Thanks to all of you for the comments.

I would certainly go for original Piaggio 1:10,5 gearing, if I could get one:con
Is there any other way beside that you turn the rear wheel and count the revolutions to be sure that I get the right one 1:10,5 gearing. If I dismount the vario gear hub and count the numbers of tooth on the gear wheels?
Do you think that with this set up malossi gearing (1:9) would’t be too hard. What about some bad experiences with CIF gearing – bad quality?
1 : 12.5, but I have already open a new topic because now I have different set up – look in forum> (English)> (English) The bar> Top speed according to the setup
Sorry for may late response, I have 1:12.5 gearing. Yesterday I was also put mixed 3x6g and 3x7g rolls (average 6,5 g) but the top speed remains around 60 KM/h (GPS) only the acceleration is maybe a little bit better. I assumed that with my gearing (1:12.5)I’ve already reach the limit:(
Do you think I must looking for gearing MALOSSI 1:9 or CIF 1:9.5? What about some bad experiences with CIF gearing?
regards
Do you mean by this if the roller weights are too light it variates too fast and vice versa too slow with heavier rolls?
:con
