after I was lucky to eliminate the black color on the handlebar there was a red color under the black:boos

Put more Grafitti remover on, and schwups it looks like real handlebar;)

The chrome is a little corroded but better than painted I think.

so, just checked the engine and it is a newer model Moped engine with 11,5mm inlet.

The minus clamp is screwed with one of the blok screws and the Aluminium casting has a rough structure.

But I found a right version one in my fundus:D

Edjuh, yes will try to weld a bracket to the frame for the damper fixing. Some people think that the damper need to be fixed in an angle to the supframe and not vertical. Need to check how I can do that.

Today I fixed the Si subframe and measured the hight for the mono damper

Need to find out on what position I could fix the damper 😉

ja,ja,ja, I took this exhaust from my son because it was just laying next to me when I wanted to run the 50ccm KickSpeed for the first time.;)

I will change it to a Leo Krul when I start to find the right setup for that engine. Maybe there will be some other changes after having the first ride with the big vario clutch 😀

Today I visited Sil :bier and got a nice Si kick brug. As some of you already told me, that brug is much stiffer than the Bravo one

G-no, yes not the right fenders. I fixed this fenders from a Ciao SC when I was 16 years old and they are still fixed. Also the sadle cover is from a Peugeot, again I will keep it:D
And the small frog sticker on the head lamp is still alive too from 1977.;)

yeah, milling boost ports makes fun 😀
The exhaust port has a width of 25mm and a hight of about 16mm. Hight from the port to the deck is about 29mm. Outlet inner diameter is about 20mm. Wanted to weld a bigger outlet tube but have no possibility to weld it.:|
