They are building a hand full of 3-speed gearboxes, and this in addition with ratio variants.

So it looks that yours is a little longer then the one I’ve build.
How is it drivable with a standard engine, or are you runing it with a tuned engine?

yes, it has neutral between 1st and 2nd gear.

What ratio does your 3-speed gearbox have in the 3 gears?

Mine is about:
>1st- 14,5:1
>2nd- 10:1
>3rd- 7,5:1

just got the info from Doktor Motor that he can not join the tour due to some private things that he has to do at that time.

there are about 3 different vario clutches on the market.

The Malossi springs only fit in the left clutch

Jarco, how did you block the clutch for disassembly the 19mm nut on the gear axle?

maybe you can make an adapter plate what you screw on your inlet half and what has holes for a wider membran housing on the oposite side.

That is the plan how I like to do it with my Simo 4p and a Stage6 membran housing.

sorry, no I havn’t a drawing. I bought the frame here from somebody on the forum and he welded some square tubes to the frame to fix the seat.

Today I received a 17mm width drive belt. Standard width, cheap. 😀
