This afternoon I try the red spring on pulley and the Malossi gear.
Now I have the yellow spings on clutch, yellow spring on pulley and CIF/RMS gear.

Here a test…at the end the belt go away…

I think you need all the weight on the front part of your moped. You have cilinder with a potential of 20-24 or more bhp. This causes you to autowheely instant, if i look to your frame i have my doubts of the weight distribution.

You need a really low moped or one which is lowered down at the front to even drive it…

The radiator on fork made The front too heavy and raises the center of gravity.
