8L Tank so that i dont Need to refill at the fuelstation hehe
the First Test Drive was 99km/h again.im really happy now with the Performance

So here we are.
new tire
new disc
new break pads
gearbox refreshedand the top Point i shorted my frame so that the belt sits Perfect now.
Down At the Fotos you See a before and After picture from the clutch.first ride, i had to Chance the waights. They Were 1 gramm to light After shorten the Frame.
then the next ride. But i did not get over 89kmh…..
what the f***** i thought
before it was running 95 without laying down.
with laying down 99-100back at Home i found the mistake
OMG
the break was under permanent air pressure from pushing the break saddle back grrrrrrr
on monday i will change a Little Bit the carbureatore settings. Its way to rich in the lower rpm…..

Hey Volks,
next week im going to the Münster Tour at Wevi.
So i have to pause the house renovation and start to make some maintenence work at the grey devil.Actually i have more than 400km with the new Polini Sport on my Speedometer and everything runs already fine and smooth.
there is only one thing.
when i push my bike without running engine some meters theres a noise in my gearbox.
i hope it is only the bicycle push button which scratches at the gear.
but we will see at the weekend, because i have to change also my back tire and i need some new discs for the back break. after running more than 4k km it is just dead 😀tomorrow i will show you some Pictures
have a nice Friday and a f***** great weekend!
You are right!1. First rule for tuning:
the screw belongs on the carburetore!
And NOT IN the carburetore!2. i changed Main jet, and some little other things.
After that I removed the rolles, and the transmission is a little longer now. But there are another mm missing!
But the top speed is now a little better. Before I had no Handy with me and my speedo said 5-10kmh morebut I don’t care. With a hot engine 99.3 GPS measured Km/h is a good finish for the day
my naighbours hate me now.
I drive 15-20 times to the garage and back to the fields Hahahanow it is time for a beer!

no I can’t move the engine more to the back. Its at the end.
Are you serious that it is not better ?i drove jesterday around 40km and rested the pump.
first with a Pulley 60mm on the pump and later with a 48mm one.I never get above 90 degree!
Not it is around 75-85 degree. Depends on how aggressiv I drive 😂i think it was a good idea to change the pump
@ties, it’s a 107mm one for minarelli.
In my opinion it could be a little bit shorter Becuase the front variator can push more till it reaches the top.@zeven: you are right! No question.
I did this excenter in the inside but I can’t do it on this wise for 100% because I don’t have the room. Otherwise the pump becomes way to big!If you zoom in the pictures you can see it that I drilled it inside the pump a little bit excenter. I will make a draw of it later to explain better

Unbelievable, jedterday I posted some new fotos but now theyre gone 🙁
i also have exact the same 470mm
but I think 1-2 cm shorter would be better.Or how do you think?
Waterpump runs also. I will find our the next days if the cooling is getting better
Ahhh okayyy,
can we make a comparison which distance you have between mittle of the Crankshaft to the middle of the Clutchshaft?
Im thinking about to shorten my selfmade frame so that the belt fits perfekt 🙂@Flick: jeah easy as Hell! very comfortable now haha
Maybe you find someone who can make a Vespa Ciao APP! Thats next Level! To the Belt: i will figure out the lenght between crank and clutch shaft than you can look yourself if the Beld can fit or not. Because 35€ for a belt like the Malossi one is not very cheap at all!
@Ties: same like with your stuff: also real hot stuff!!!! great for racing.
A little bit sad that you can not drive a tour with a setup like that 🙂 this would be great.
Which belt are you driving on your Alu CNC Frame?

Hey Volks,some news.
i remounted the Polini Sport but in brand new. I modifieyed some things like the exhaust with a flange so the problem with the pissing around the outlet will stop 😁i also modified my clutch.
i turned the clutch brackets otherwise.
and again a difference like day and night. Now there are also wheelys makeable again 👌
next thing is that I mounted a 16mm Malossi Special beld from a Honda Wallaroo. Fits not perfekt because my frame is 2cm too long but it works fine.
Without any modifications on carburetore and ignition it runs now 95kmh. But the accelreration is uultra good 😝next step is the waterpump.
i still have issues with the water pump.
As I checked it I noticed that it’s not running good and free. The konstruction and the design of the pump is not the regular quality like we know from Polini. So i picked up my older project and modified again 🙂
minarelli water pump In the inside with new case.
I hope the cooling ist now getting a little better .and thx to Ties! He told me that I can upload now photos from my Handy here while laying on my couch 😂
18 februari 2019 om 08:26 In reactie op: Herr FlicK’s Special (Schijfrem, kickstart reedvalve & foxvario) #784163Hey Thomas, why dont you use a fullrounded crankshaft and make a hole by yourself in the small side shaft and press the Kick again in it.
Than the longer shaft and the crank is made out of one part and it cant turn again.and a good tip is also to use Loctite for shaft and hub high strength, it never will turn again from itself. hehe
The exhaust port of the new DEPS is so huge!
Is there anybody who checked the timings jet?
i would bet these are now completely different to the old one.Did anybody hear somthing about a new exhaust for the DESP?
I mean Malossi brought now a new Ignition, a new crank case MP One and a new DESP Zylinder out and no new Exhaust which is almost the most important thing.Dear MONO drivers 🙂
i´ve got now something new.
The 80mm and 85mm are now available in black anodized.
Same price like the other one.
@Sickx: i will send you a PM

congratulation billy!
you realy realy deserve the prize 🙂also i want to say on this way thank you all guys who votet so much for all the other guys and girls and me?!
I never thought that there is so much response on the voting!
its great to see that there is so much love and detail work in all those projects.
lets hope it will never end like this !!!!!!!!
Thank you for your advice 🙂
But i found a solution. Now im an artist and got my own company 🙂 JMB Parts hehe
