@martino: you were right! i think i will go for a 70 DR. Its nothing special but its enough for a all day runner. maybe a stage 6 street race. but i dont know jet.

Just started with the sheep metal work.

I think i will weld this on the Si Frame.

I hope that makes a not too big look at the front when its finished

its the same like in our standard cases.

The crank with the teeth is pressed into the minarelli crank.

An no i don’t need to heat the case. There is 0,005 room between bearings and case.

This is why it is a prototype. Next Time i make it smaller so that i have to press the bearings in. First of all everything has to fit and work, if I’m happy with that later I will make another case „Mark2“

Stainless steel has one big problem. it breaks when the vibrations are too much.

so i think it looks great and works good, but not too long. so its more like an Show and shine option  🙂

jesterday i finished the CAD from my own engine frame.

its just the first prototype, if everything works fine with the cutter tolerances i will ad the holes for the side cladding and the rest.

no worries, the frame is just for the first test run. after that i make a frame by my own.

the plan with the waterpump has to be changed. i made a part of the innerrotor new so that the belt can run on it. but later more to that.
