you might be right with the Yasuni R / Z, i have them also laying in the Garage so we will see later.

@speedbuxy: true, i liked it also more but the power will be better with this Yasuni.
It was the plan to use it so i do it, if it is not working as i thought i will change it back or to another exhaust.
but it will be no 22mm Exhaust, it has to be minimum 27mm

@Speedbuxy: im to 100% on your side. i already had one C40 but i didnt like it because the small stripes from the center to the outer diameter were to thin. but now there are alot clutches available which i would like to buy, but i dont see that it has to be there in a few days, there are alot of other problems i have.

nah the zylinder was real shit,
just bought a polini Sport and jeahhh 🙂
This makes fun, but i know already jet that this isnt ne last zylinder. next step is the airsal T6.
But first of all im gonna fit a Yasuni C16 nicely, make a nice Wireing etz.
Mount the cooler and get everything work fine

ok Resume, the zylinder SUCKS like Hell.
It runs but i dont get on rpm because the belt is 1-2cm to short and some other problems.
But the good thing is i found alot of things which i have to change.

First problem i saw was the new Kick chain.
the old one is just some 0,1mm longer than the new from JMPB. so here you see what i mean

@AAT: these are for the side plates. i have to weld some chips on it so you can put the screw through it and when you turn the srew 90° it holds in the deepening.

i modified the shockabsorbers and i have to say they are great!
They are not going a lot deeper when i sit down with my waight and they are not to strong.

@crullie: lets hope so, but my main problem with the YSS were that they are too soft.
i hope these ones are a bit stronger so if i sit down the hole moped dont sink more than 20cm.
