@AAT: it fits almost 8 Liter in there. Measured around 7,8 Liter. and its exact 4 Liter till i have to swich on reserve.
And it hanldes great. i only got to make some bolts in the center so that the metal does not vibrate.

Ignition timing is on 17°
sparkplug is a ngk with 8 heat number, so its pretty cold, maybe a bit too cold because the last one died a bit to early.
The zylinder looks pretty smooth from the inside. its almost driven for more than 100km.
the one and only point which i didnt changed is the waterpump.

the thermostat is already out, now the system is complete open.
if i drive 40km/h i can cool down to 86°C but if im driving a bit faster the rpm is at 6000, and the temperature will heat up over 100°C again

here my next problem. i drove now 59km and i have the problem that my crankshaft goes 0,3mm axial.
i will take appart the engine and make a bushing for the crankshaft bearing.
the tolerances were to less because i assambled the engine so often to check if everything fits good.

The Temp at the Koso displays exact the same as the Sensor. so its plausible.

i throwed the thermostat our of the zylinderhead and there we see. i dont reach the 90°C

so i was today doing only some testing in wireing and it looks good.

its extreme powerful when its on higher rpm.
but i cant use that for a tourer. so i did a bit to heavy waights and the lower stronger springs (yellow malosssi) in the clutch.
