Simo engine with stage 6 racing mkii for Yamaha neos, and a polini 28 carb and a hpi ignition. Yes another exhaust is coming.
On what engine and cylinder did you have problem? What size of your carb? Mine is 28. Im gonna buy a 26 also.

Is it someone here that knows the diffrence between the old 3p reed and the original 4p reed? Was the 3p reed bigger or something.
Now i have built myself 2 bigger intakes. the small one is for a Polini competitin 24mm carburator and the big one is for 26 28 30mm carbs.
Its really nice. Now im just gonna order a radiator and a waterpump then its ready for some action. If all goes well ill buy the 77cc big bore kit later and maybe some more simonini engines so i can choose witch motor ill wanna ride.

Maybe tomorrow then, ha ha. It will come. Ill gonna test a brand new exhaust now too not the original that is on now ill test a polini evolution exhaust and se if its anny diffrent. I think its not possible to get more hp on this engine like it is now it is brutal but of course ill just joking. It will be fun to test with the new exhaust and even put my other cylinder head that is 0,5mm lower and that will give some power too. like if i need more power. its dangerous to accelerate when cornering because its goes the backwheel but its so much fun. No need for variomatic.
Yes its coming. I dont even wanna know how it drives with the 50mm watercooled kit with 95cc and about 20-25hp. i must get a new frame soon. Every screews are now set with loctite. Yesterday the backwheel nuts came of and the day before that the whole intake was loosen but when ill put the new cilinderkit in ill fixed all that. Here are some new pictures of the alu cilinder and piston and engine.
Yesterday ill bought a new cilinder kit with 12-15hp from motoforce and put on the simonini engine and WOW WOW WOW its really fucking insane. It goes the backwheel with just nothing. Its completely insane now. It really revs and sound like some brutal shit now. Ill must fix a video and put up here. Maybe tomorrow.
Yes the cooling is one problem thats why ill take it easy in the beginning. To get to know the engine. Or els i just build my 90cc watercooling from the aerox big bore kits.
it runs like hell (good) but i really need to fix the clutch a little bit more and the carburator needs some adjustments but it has som much power when it kicks in about 40km/h. Its like a brutal kick in the back and it just accelerates and you can feel the power. Its hard to explain but its so fucking nice but i really dont wanna know how it will run with the 50mm watercooling kit or with the stage 6 cilinderkit. Now its the cheapest china no name cylinder and its so fucking nice. Maybe ill do a video some day but first i need to fix some small poroblems like the clutch so it doesnt slam off like yesterday. Loctite is the shit.
the exhaust i really dont know what i want. Maybe ill just buy an exhaust for the neos and modify it with better angles and make it fitting better. This one i have now is just a test. On friday ill try to accelerate some. I can feel the power in this build already. Just have to learn how it goes and how everything is with this engine. I mean its like you are friend with your engine. As time goes you feel the engine. Hard to explain. But you learn the boundries of the engine and how much you can press it and so on and on.
