wheelieking89: Thanks man 😀 It’s the carburator that is too big, it doesn’t fit in the frame. Or actually it does fit but only if i move the engine very much forward and then I cant get the engine-bolts through the engine and the holes in the frame because then it doesn’t fit… 😐

Update 9/7 with some new pictures and of course a new problem which hopefully will be solved this week.

We’re gonna re-build the intake manifold again and do some modifications on the frame (the holes for the engine-bolts) so I hope the carburator will fit good after that.

It’s 66 euro’s, but our webmaster is able to score original flywheels which are made lighter(not as light as pinasco though) for very reasonable prices, so hopefully he can get them soon.

If you can get your hands on a light flywheel as well we’ll have almost the same setup, so we’ll hopefully both be able to reach a speed like…

I dont know about the edges, but some people give their cilinder a ‘finishing touch’ so that is is more durable? I thought sharp edges could cause the pistonrings to get stuck more easily, but i’m not an expert on the subject so maybe someone else knows. At least i know my old deps has done some 4000km’s? and i don’t think the edges…

Here in sweden they don’t even know what DEPS is 😐 You can’t get any tuningparts in sweden, only Athena 43mm and 13/13 carb and the lousy Badsnake exhaust.. :((

Hmm nope no lottery winnig for me, but i haves aved some money and then i spend it on the right stuffs.

But this huge order didn´t include the malossi engine and the deps cilinder, the rims, the fork, the electric ignition and the paint.
So all things would be like 2000 euros.

Yes im gonna call the customs and ask but I think it will be too expensive..
