The Calibrata runs with the 60ccm H2O Kit from Polini very very nice.The Calibrata have very Power and runs ca. 10 Km/h faster as the Technigas Double Pot.
Im very amazed that this Exhaust by a little 60ccm Kit so good with the Power and Speed is:-)
Update Kickboard Conversion:
Today is my Laser X Pro Exhaust for my Scootert Kickboard Conversion arrived and i have mounted for few Minutes and this Exhaust is also very nice and the Kickboard Conversion runs now ca 80 – 85 Km/h and its very funny:-)Here a Pic with the new Exhaust:

I have mountet on my Si a self made Footboards with original Piaggio SI Carrier Parts and is not yet complete.The Footboards will a new Paint in Black!Here the Pics:

I have a new Project:
Its a MBK 50ccm Scooter as a Kickboard Conversion:-)Its very funny and make 70 km/h.
Is mounted a Polini Vario,Malossi Clutch,17,5mm Carburetor,Malossi Connection and Malossi Membran Block.
The mount Exhaust is not very good and i have buy a Laser X Pro Exhaust and this is very nice:-)

Update by my white H2O Ciao:
I have buy a very nice and cheap Simonini Calibrata Exhaust (just 65 Euros:-))) The Calibrata is in new Condition and im very happy:-)In addition i have buy for my white Ciao deuce oldscholl Whiteband Rims (Not yet mounted).

I have buy the Technicas double Exhaust at E Bay Germany for 75 Euros:-)There are the Exhaust also for Puch Maxis!
This Exhaust is more for Show and have enough Power for my little 60ccm H2O:-)

Yes,the Gilera Moped its sooner for sale in Stores.
This Mopeds are in Switzerland also very rare and i to have this Gilera Moped as Gift from my best Friend Oliver.But the Gilera was very in bad repair!
I have received today a Packet from Germany with the Kawa Green Paint:-)The Lime Green is very nice and i have today varnished my rear Plastic Fender and Silencer from my Arrows Exhaust!
My Ciao PX Frame have sadly a little Ckrack under the Tank:-(I wouldnt like welding the Crack and i search me another Ciao Frame without Crack!

Yes,its a very nice Exhaust,but the Double Pot is more for Show:-)
I would like for a long Time the Simonini Calibrata – this is also a very nice Exhaust and give good Power,but the Price from this Exhaust is very expensive!

The new Intruder Kit (from Ricardo.ch) have costs 300 Swiss Francs (ca 200 Euros)
The old Intruder Kit with the special Proma Cirquit (from E Bay.de) have costs 120 Euros
The Polini H2O Kit (from E Bay.de) have costs new 125 Euros and is a very nice Price
The Simonini H2O with Compressor Kit (from E Bay.de) have costs complete 360 Euros
The Intruder Kit have a very great Power,but very delicate,because the Cylinder have no Guidance at the Engine Case (keine Zylinderführung im Gehäuse daher sehr unstabil)

The Speed from my Mopeds are hard to promise,because i have no Speed Indicator!
The Intruder Ciao makes ca 85 Km/h and have very Power with the Vario and 13/13!
The H2O Gilera makes ca 75 Km/h
The Piaggio SI makes ca 65 km/h and have with the original Clutch and Pulley very Power!
The H2O Ciao makes ca 70 Km/h
The Malossi Ciao (black) makes ca 90 Km/h with big Clutch and little Pulley (New is a Racing Vario with 10,5 : 1 Vario Gear / Kawasaki Lime Green Project)Regards Daniel

@Fredzzz: Ja genau,die 5 Stern Felgen kommen auf das Kawasaki Lime Green Ciao – die Felgen werden dann aber wohl in schwarz lackiert!
Noch zur Frage wo ich herkomme:
Ich komme aus dem Kanton Solothurn – das ist ca 30km von Bern entfernt!
@All: The Proma Intruder,Eurocilindro Membran Carter,Polini H2O Kit,Eurocilindro Compressor Kit with special Crankshaft,Simonini H2O with 28mm Outlet and the Plastic Parts (Racecasings + back Fenders) are very rare Parts and i have search a very long Time for this Tuning Parts!The most Parts i have found on E Bay Germany and Italy or Ricardo Switzerland (Auctions).The Proma Intruder Kit and the other rare Racing Parts is no longer available on the Tuning Shops and to get not longer produced:-(
The Plastic Racingcasings and the back Plastic Fenders is also from E Bay and is from the 80s:-)Here is a Pic from another rare Plasticcasing from me:

Here in Switzerland is the Police very rigorous and i drive my Mopeds on private Streets and have no Number Plates!
The Polini H2O Kit have 41mm and is ca 60ccm
The Simonini H2O have 42mm and is ca 62ccm
The other Polini Kit have 46mm and is ca 73ccm
