Thanks for the info! I’ll stick with the 21mm, though I will try and find some ways to improve it.

Well the bearing is HK type, im sure you know what kind of needle bearing it is (if not just google it). A shop has some but they arent so cheap, they are 16eur/piece. If you are intrested I can order a few more for you. As for the bushing, i was thinking that instead of bronze I would use a steel alloy. Its very hard and heat resistant. It would be polished like a piston pin is, to insure the bearing rolles over it smoothly.
I have 2 solutions in mind and i would like to hear your thought.
1. I would make a bronze bushing and fit it into the crank sort of like a spacer
2. I found a HK type needle bearing size 10x15x15 wich are the perfect measurements for the simo crank. The reason they are hard to find is because their seize is a non standard one.send me that link when you have the time 🙂
