The first day was very nice! But the second one.:kots
Nearly everyone was soaking wet, my engine stocked at the “dijk”, others had bigger problems with their mopeds, we had to wait along time and it was f**king cold. The last 80km were the horror.

All in one it was a nice tour. Everybody surrived and we had no bigger problems.

However, i wouldn’t make the cuts in the cylinder’s skirt since the piston takes care of feeding the boostports. Now you have two streams that go through the same port and cause turbulence( or so i think). It should be 1 of the two; piston OR case-fed, but the cylindermakers keep in…

Yes it does.
Now I have got the 43mm DR Evo for the VCT.
For opening the boost ports completetly the cilinder had to be tuned a bit.

So it’s legal to use the terrain!
The schoolyard 80 meters long and it’s possible to ride outside for breaking.
The campsite is 1 kilometer away, so not far!!
So because th track is not about 120 meters you better use a shorter propulsion for having a better acceleration,
but that’s not so important, just a tip.;)

Semms to be reperable, the groove is not so bad and the cilinder has still compression.
Some new piston rings an a new piston and I think it will run.

Yes they had, that’s an original Eurocilindro exhaust-port.
It should be very rarely, that’s not selfmade.
Perhaps I will make a 27mm Port and weld a 27mm adapter on the Proma CC.
But I need a 43mm piston for it, with a 10mm pin.
Such one like the polini piston.

Perhaps I will buy a new 50ccm Eurocilindro next week.

Yes, I like the original style of the Ciaos.
My VCT-projekt will be in this style, too.
Just the colour and a few parts will be modified.

The pocketbike is really nice..liquid-cooled and 12 ps or smth like that. 😀

43mm / 63ccm DR (Olympia-Layout)

This cilinder is similar to the 43mm Olympia and fits on the original blok.
Unfortunatly DR stopped to produce them. Olympia produces them yet. You can get them at [url=http://www.motoriluppino.ch/]Motori Luppino[/url]. This one schould run very good, but I do not have any own experiences with this cilinder.…[Lees meer]
