EDIT: Got an answer from JMPB late last night :thumb.
We have agree on a solution, so I’m happy with that 8)Anyway I did match the cylinder and engine block today.
Have put the crank in the freezer until tomorrow as well.

Can you tell what dimensions the stud bolts are?
Is it 7x110mm? I forgot to order them as well.
JMPB does not state the dimensions on them?

I have a 5mm jet kit lying around, so I will try a bigger jet like you say.
But what does M6/M7 means?
Are there different treads at each end?
The manual says I should make 6 holes in the original or the Polini filter box.

There must be some kind of extension nut on the lower stud bolt.
Can I order this missing part some where?

I will of course send the pictures of the engine to JMPB, and ask for his opinion.
I will check the Polini head like you say in the reply.There is seals included in the cylinder kit.
About the filter, Polini say in the decription that is included in the carter manual, I must drill 6 holes in the original filer, and…[Lees meer]

I just saw then picture in the webshop, so the 1 bolt is ok.
What do you think of this setup?
Will it be ok for town use?
What speed can I expect to get?
And last, should I change the rear pulley from 100mm to a 90mm?The scratch!!!!!!

I have never heard of the leovince handmade for a Ciao/Bravo.
Is it this one?

If so, I can’t use it.
The moped MUST have a close to original look, and the main stand need work as it should as well.i was hoping to use the Malossi Too bad, any good?

I’m only after good low end acceleration, not top speed.

It wont help with heavy rollers as the rear pully don’t open more.
The variator is “gearing” like it’s supposed to do, untill the belt comes half way up.
The engine keep on rewing further but the gearing is stuck like this. 1/2 way up in the variator.
Then the belt can’t go up any more because of the rear pulley.

All is standard, no modifiaction except from the Malossi variator.
