In my manual it says “voltage regulator for indicators”. I guess the third coil is for extra wattage, so it can power a battery and indicators?

I have got some problems again.

1.I can’t figure out how to install the capacitor????
Anyone who have a Polini Speed engine and have some pictures of how to do it?

There are no hole to install the capacitor in the Speed engine???

My engine has 3 coils, not 2 as I have seen on Google pictures.

2.The felt “greaser” pad won’t fit any…[Lees meer]

Found a pic online for the decomp valve.
Now I know how to install it 😀

The decomp spring don’t fit like I was hoping for.

I was planning to use a piece of old brass bearing, and cut two piecses of that.

It’s a Bravo with long fin (Ciao) head 🙂

Difference is the cooling fans but doesnt matter mucht for your bravo take the one on the left with side fans.

Ok, but I have bougth the Polini cylinder with the long fins, will this fit without any probelems?

What about this “slack” between the piston and bearing?
Is there any “shims” that make the bearing stay in the center of the crank?

Can someone tell me what is the differece between these two heads?
My Bravo original engine has the small one to the left.
My Polini engine has the one to the right.
Will this still fit in the Bravo?

The screw treads you see in this picture is missing from my Polini cylinder.
How do you fasten the top cover without this screw?

Manage to install the bearings and crank tonight 😀
I’m very happy with the job, as the crank spinns freely after I have screw the two engine halves together =)

I was going to install the crank today, as this has been in the freezer all night.
Do I need to heat the bearings as well, or will they just slip on?
