I suggest you to repair the leaky seal and try again.
A good expansion muffler will also bring a better take-off.

And what is your gear ratio ? and the diameter of your pully ? maybe you can play with that to :thumb

pully is 70mm i think, so quite small…

Difficult to say, depending on the condition of the clutch, but I think between 850 to 1100 rpm.

I elongated the intake on the block, and it got realy weak on low rpm ( I also got an air leak in the seal, but it just messes with my idle), but strong as hell later in the rpm range, so I bought the malossi spring kit…[Lees meer]
