I know that but allready bought it, the malossi thing.

It is because i can get it cheep,and it is for the malossi 46,5mm but it dosent matter i hope:) There is a 19mm dellorto carb to the engine also. I can get it for 85 euro thats an allrigth price i think.

What kind of spring do you use at the rear vario??

I found out that it seems my engine dossent have power to separete the rear vario.

I dont get it???

By the way, i tryed 4,7g and 5,5 g but it seams that the plate dossent goes al the way out when i ride the bike, but when i put the bike on a stand and give full gass it works as it should.

My belt is a malossi orginal so it fits stright in the pully. i will try to tighten it a litle more.

How tight shoud the belt be

The spring is an Malossi yellow

My setup are:
Polini 42 mm alu kit 60cc
13/13 karburator
Orginal modified engine/Tuned for the polini kit
Malossi vario
Malossi long gear in rear wheel
Exhoust Polini serpent.

It’s really hard to say what weight( what you mean:?) you need in your vario. Every engine is differend. If you could tell us youre setup, We can give an indication;)
