There is no old fuel in the engine. I have drained the tank and the engine and put in new fuel. The spark plug is getting wet and makes a good spark but doesnt start. It has been broken for about 4 years and hasnt been driven on public roads since 2001-2002. Perhaps it will be easier to fit a new engine than fix this one?
