I myself have a 28mm Calibrata wich i’ve used with a 43mm tuned Creco. Together with a tube around the original exhaust flange from the cylinder. 28mm=>22,3mm
Best top speed meassured with this exhaust. Almost 90 km/h GPS. Take into account I had tested with lot of different exhausts. This setup was used in the latest exhaust test…

Couldn´t you just run the ligths and the fan from the stator without a battery?

Most likely you would need a regulator like this one: http://www.24mx.se/mc/p/laddningsregulator-12v-ac-150-watt/15474/belysning-och-blinkers/k261/regulatorer,-relan-och-motstand/s662

If you don´t regulate the voltage you will probably burn out of a lot of b…[Lees meer]

This is one of the shortest reduction factors out there. Better find a longer one if you want more top speed.
For variomatic there should be any ratio’s between 1:9 till 1:13,5. For pulley between 1:6,5 and 1:13,5

There are some exceptions on the ratios, but they are very hard to come by.
