I myself have a 28mm Calibrata wich i’ve used with a 43mm tuned Creco. Together with a tube around the original exhaust flange from the cylinder. 28mm=>22,3mm
Best top speed meassured with this exhaust. Almost 90 km/h GPS. Take into account I had tested with lot of different exhausts. This setup was used in the latest exhaust test… -

This is one of the shortest reduction factors out there. Better find a longer one if you want more top speed.
For variomatic there should be any ratio’s between 1:9 till 1:13,5. For pulley between 1:6,5 and 1:13,5There are some exceptions on the ratios, but they are very hard to come by.

I have checked the ratio on my wheel transmission and found it to be in the neighborhood of 14:1.
Do anyone know if that is on on the low or high end of the scale?
I have heard of 10,5:1 and that is better for high speed but how is 14:1? -

Why do you want to remove some of the coils?
If you realy want less coils, you can also try and buy second hand ignitions with less than 4 coils. They have been made with 2 or 3 coils as well.

this is rather a difficult setup to say,i think that youre exhaust is going to kill the power, becouse it doesn`t give you extreme boost @ a certain rpm
the pipe have got boost everywhere en is good for pulley,you need a pipe that allows hi rpm and boost in a order of 1500 rpms, now you got power range between 6500/8500 rpm sort…

otherwise , if you can find a Simo side inlet, you can combine it with the standard half cranckcase , so that you can use also a 1313 dell’orto carburetor.
In my opinion this combination should be the best.
The only difficulties is that you have to set up the two carburetors very well, in order to get the best throttel… -

I think you should only buy this cranks combinated with the DEPS cilinders…I would rather consider a EVO engine?

I imagine the stock crankcase is a bit limited when it comes to power even with the intake opened as much as possible.
