You think 43mm DR is better than 43mm polini racing “W” valve? I also have the polini clutch springs I will tension test later.

Quick update here!
The front also clears the frame no problem. Im now debating a pull start, although in an ideal world I’d like to keep the pedals.
I’ve moved the engine forward as far as I can and now the belt must sit about 6mm inside the clutch at the rear with a great hold from the malossi yellow spring.

the 90mm rear disk clears the frame no problem. I would like to keep the pedals so Kickstarter is not a good option for me. I will try to move the engine further forward to make the belt tighter. All the belts are brand new and never used, so a new one will not help.
I will also try to remove the polini vario and use the original today -

Hi guys. I have an issue trying to start my ciao. When I pedal tring to start the moped, the starter shoes engage the clutch and turn the whole rear. I cant get the belt to move though. I have a polini at the front and tried a 13 x 975 belt with 100mm at the rear with yellow springs and clutch springs.
