:: What engine type features this intake?
-
This inlet is usually found on the latest 25 km/h models and is designed to make tuning more difficult.
It is hard to drill up to 13mm, but not impossible.
If you are drilling it up, make sure no small steel parts remain in the inlet as they can come loose later.
But the alu-part of the inlet doesn’t look to be 13 mm?

The nylon part belongs to the caburateur.
Take it off and you wil see a normal intake whit a small hole:! I hope :lol

*you`ll need a dremel (hi rpm milling machine)
*little grind stones (spheres)
*and a good propane or whatever burner
you need to grind it all the way thru the middle
at a certain point you will see color change, then you know that you are all the way thru the little steel pipe
heat the inlet up and remove the pipe with some tools 😀
you also need a good (white) to see the color change when you are hacking away at it
Ouch… I completely missed that it was the plastic part from the carb….. :D, I thought it was a completely different inlet type that was thinner…. (I actually don’t have the engine yet, it’s on its way by mail)
