Hello,
have you checked the decompression valve? It’s good practice to lap it with some lapping paste on the cone.
Have you checked the valve inside the carter? (Where the crankshaft rotates). If that’s ruined, you will have all sort of problems at low rpm, even with bigger main jets.

I usually sandblast my crankcases with ultra fine glass microsphere (100-200 micron) and the result is this. Obviously, if the valve is badly damaged, you can’t do much about it.
