      Hi all
Thanks for a great site, its pure gold for the ciao-novice 🙂
I am a 30year old man from denmark and i am currently working on installing a polinispeed engine on a old scotter from sweden, its calles a cresecent 1264, and its from the sacred year 1966 😉 …

My question is , if i werd to mount a vario on my project, were i changed the backwheel from its original 10inches , to a 12inches citta rear wheel.
I have found a complete set on ebay, but i was thinking.

Is there a small distancepiece between the flywheel and the clutch, when you drive with vario instead
Of the original system. On the original system there is a small piece of metal, that lift the clutch away from the flywheel.
Is it the same on the vario system ? , if yes is the distancepiece the same as the one on the original system or is it special with a different meassure and hight ? 🙂 …

      Best regards
      Sune, århus , dk .

        Welcome!

For the vario there is a special (thicker) spacer. You can also use two normal clutch spacers, that will give you the same offset.

You should get the spacer with your vario kit though…
