nice!
but can i ask a question?
whats the diameter from the exhaust port?.thx
14 februari 2010 om 20:47 #145677Good work! Only shame of the scratch under the exhaustport;)
14 februari 2010 om 20:48 #145678looking good
14 februari 2010 om 21:23 #145679Thanks! 🙂
I don’t know the diameter, but I think it’s about 5-6 cm
15 februari 2010 om 10:33 #145680the “stud” (between te exhaustports) or how it’s called, looks damaged or cracked, or is it dirt?
if its damaged, the pistonsprings aren’t gonna like it because it’s a small (damaged) surface that keeps your springs in place. what i mean is; friction on a small damaged surface ain’t good. nice tuning btw15 februari 2010 om 19:09 #145681Interceptor :

Thanks again! 🙂16 februari 2010 om 11:15 #145675You did a nice job, but i think you made the spine way too thin.
16 februari 2010 om 13:43 #145682Most of the tuning I haven’t done myself;) I don’t think the spine is thinner than it is on a bit tuned 70cc cylinder for scooter.

You did a nice job, but i think you made the spine way too thin. That,s also what I was thinking.
And it,s way thinner than it is by a speed or 2fast cilinder.

And it also have no mass for handeling with extreme heat.
This spine is gona be extreem hot by high rpm,s and probable gona scratch your piston16 februari 2010 om 18:10 #145684That,s also what I was thinking.

Only Time can tell, it’s time for testing !:DAbsolutely:D I spoke with one of Sweden’s best tuners and he said the exhaust port looked very good, so hopefully the thickness of the spine won’t be any problem:)

Looks nice, Good tuning!
The spine looks cracked on the picture. How did you fix this?
