does the engine directly start to turn when you start to push it? It could be that there is something wrong with your clutch.
Maybe the distance ring between the clutch and the flywheel is the wrong way around.
This disc has an upstanding side which must be towards the clutch. When it’s the wrong way around the clutch get’s blocked and can’t turn free..

did you try to start it with your choke on? (the red button near your feet) ever looked at the airfilter? is it nice clean? Tried to look at the nozzle if it isnt blocked up? and does your floater work correctly?

check your sparkler what coller is it?
