you have to mount them on a Vespa?Off course 😉 The two ”covers” form the Crankcase.. It’s the base for a working engine
Yes I understand, but i wanted to know what makes 2 carter.
I think he meanes why 2 carter sets, 1 is enough for an complete engine:P
my question: Can you only drive this carter with an HPI ignition, or with a normal electrik ignition from a standard ciao engine??
do not see how the guards are prepared? you can not mount the normal power, then that would benefit than would be sprocatti? none
if you got your own milling machine, and are very handy with it, yes. But it would require you making your own groundplate, for Electric ignition. there where you can mount HPI ignition (with evt. light spool).
Filippo: I bought two carter sets, one for me and one for another guy. This reduced shipping cost. 😉
Mistered11: ignition from a standard Ciao engine does not fit to the Sproc carter as it is now. The carters are prepared for inner rotor ignition only.
