Regarding cylinder I’m not sure so far. Need some inspiriations. Also about the ignition, should be a inner rotor ignition.

Any suggestions or experiences from your side are welcome.:D

For a ignition you could contact HPI, these guys have also mounted a HPI rotor on sil his simo 2007 engine.
Plug and play for 220 euro,s.

Yeah but nobody knows of that ignition is proper made for vespa.
Think of the rotor fitting on the crank, or the fact that vespa runs the other way comparing to most other mopeds.
So for the same price I would go to HPI themself
