Do you use it often? And do the police give you any trouble?

I use it every day when it isn’t snowing! The police don’t care… before this I had a derbi variant sport with a 74cc metrakit that I ported, tm24, vforce reeds, motomatic “race” pipe, lightened clutch bell and variator, lightened internals… that did mid-high 60’s (mph) and was loud as hell and the cops never stopped me.

So you got your Sprocatti clutch bell. Why this scooter exhaust instead of the Calibrata?

nice setup, i like it! that will definetly make some noise:D.
not a big fan of the scooter exhaust though, a calibrata would fit your moped nicely.

i’ve seen people modify a flywheel like that, and it ended badly(breaks on the crankshaft with terrible results).

I was just testing the scooter pipe i am goi(ng to put the calibrata back together as i like it much better! Haven’t had issues with the flywheel yet but i will worry about it when it breaks 🙂
