Powder coating of Ciao frame

Hello Herr Flick, I have separated most of my Ciao, only some minor things to do.
That means that I will be ready for coating from 3.4.08.

When do you have time to join me on the visit to Novatec?

Do I need to do special cleanings of the parts before coating? Can they also coat my spoke wheels?
Do I need to separat my number plate with frame number and build year at the side of the rear fender or can Novatec protect it during coating?

You dont have to clean your frame or something, only things with screwwire put a screw in it (like petrol control).

He,he,he, thanks, I wanted it as neutral as possible because in Germany we sometimes get in trouble with our Police if the Ciao is looking like a race machine.;)

Very nice! I like the wheels coated in black aswell. It something else than just simple “4spaaks or 5 spaaks”

yes, that’s right. Also black chrome for the wheels must look great but Novatec couldn’t do that type.

And if you compare the wheels like they were before coating (total rusty) it is a great and cheap solution.:relax

150 euro , is hier in de buurt 😉

Ze berekenen de prijs per onderdeel, dus het kan goedkoop of duur worden 😉

Reken dus +- op 150 euro.

yes, this was 150,- Euro for everything inkl. sand blasting.;)

On the first pic you can see how the parts looked when I brought them to Novatec. With all old painting and rusty.
