Hi
some news with the cylinder.
Today after several tests, I decided to modify the exhaust port.As you know, the simonini exhaust port has got a sort of occlusion that doesn’t allow to
the gases to escape correctly out of it.
They drop against the area where it’s placed the threaded rod, that is a little bit inside the exhaust.In conclusion the flux is altered.
I decided to drill the threaded rod so that it reproduce perfectly the exhaust port, to avoid that the gases bangs on it and runs continuously.
After that I worked on the all exhaust area to make it as much as straight as possible.

the result of this modify is a better engine response since the low revs up to the mid. renge
The engine is more reactive and achieves much quicker the max torque.8)

Or maybe I’ve seen them on ccc.it…yes it’s a sort of story, I didn’t posted on ccc my works ,(I mean not a topic).. I just psted only a photo into the elaborations, even ain’t finished.
