@Piet, nice work! 75.6mm is sufficient, my engine had quit similar play between crankshaft and crankcase.
I see Simonini changed connecting rods again, I haven’t seen this one before. It looks beefy:)

But without beiing funny your exhaust port seems to be bigger so maybe the 46mm stroke version has a bigger exhaust port.
Im very curious how it gonna drive in combo with the evo engine

First milled the peak behind the membran case away in both carter halfs



Also the membran case has some potential
