A brutal combination of oldtimer and a beastly engine.
Is there enough room for mixture to travel? Or do you aim for the highly concentrated squirt:D
Nice work ralf!
3 december 2010 om 20:09 #279341Again, nice colecction of bearings. 😀
Just kidding, looks awesome!
Hope to see it alive next tour season.
3 december 2010 om 20:18 #279342Hi Ralf ,

4 december 2010 om 08:19 #279343Hey Olaf, yes the kruk looks good in that block. Thanks again to make that happen.

Jarco, yes there are many old bearings, maybe I can rip it up for decoration and sell it.:D
Defenitly want to ride that Ciao over the next year tour season, sure we will meet somewhere then.Edjuh, that will become a smooth tour racer I hope. Maybe I will need a large backpack for oil and sprit.
tnerual, yes like Martino said, only mill a bigger inner diameter for the crank and end modification clearence. I have all equipment to to that. Next week I will start milling and keep you updated.
4 december 2010 om 08:54 #279344oeh horny!(a)

Mike4 december 2010 om 09:16 #279345And Ralf, you know the next tour expansion exhausts aren’t allowed, only citypowers :pest
4 december 2010 om 10:07 #279346
.-{2F4OV}-.30mm citypower:?
4 december 2010 om 12:01 #279347Hey how many bearings do you actually have ? cos i would like to have some for a school project.
4 december 2010 om 16:17 #279348yeah, even with a 30mm CityPower should run well, maybe a double CityPower 😀
just1991, no Problem, I have many many of these. This are normal and C3 krukas bearings. Let me know how many you need.
5 december 2010 om 13:39 #279170just enlarged the great carter to fit the Simo kruk.
The diameter of kruk is about 74mm, my carter has 74,5mm now. Do you think that is big enough or should I go for some 0,1 larger? 😕

5 december 2010 om 15:27 #279349Nice work.
Because of the heat while running, the crankshaft will expand. But the carter will expand more because of the material it’s made of. So I think this will do fine ;).5 december 2010 om 15:40 #279350My concerns are (still) with the small space for fuel to travel….
5 december 2010 om 16:42 #279351so, enlarged to 75,6mm. Kruk turns nice now.
Edjuh, that is my fear also. :'(

5 december 2010 om 16:47 #279352Damn! thats Hot! i hope it works thoug…
5 december 2010 om 16:59 #279353that seems nice, i think this wil run good (Y)
