better earlier than too late I start my VCT11 project.

Got a old 1974 frame to start with

      Wheel covers from FonS

and the heart, a 46mm stroke 48mm Simolini

That should be ok to cruise the VCT11 smoothly with a long pulley vertanding.

Thanks for following my crazy plans.

Maybe that will be my last project.:D

Mike, I thought that a real toxic Yellow will be a good color. I even also don’t know if the covers will fit into the total picture. If not I can put them off and will have some 5 spaaks below.

Also I have ordered a Polini race saddle to get a deep seat position as well as the additional front fork dampers.

I’m not at home at the time but my son told me that the 46mm stroke Simo Kruk already has arrived.

I really can’t wait till I will be back home to mill the Evo carters for the kruk and big cylinder.:baby

damn, i think idiotic yelow and black wheel covers is a very good combination.
and b.t.w that cilinder is sick, aren`t you affraid that the sleeve wil crack or something ?
could be a great contender for 100km/h 😛 i gotta follow this one 😛

tnerual, the ports are a little optimized 😀

Some people do it like that, for example on this cylinder. Was that your question?

ritze, I hope it will not crack, keep your fingers crossed. 😀

100km/h ??? :'( I only want to swimm smoothly in the tour field with enough play room on the throttle handle.

Yes, thanks that was my question. But I don’t really see why you did that?
                          Nice Project!

that enlarges the ports more than having a cylinder wall there. :thumb

                              update.

                              got my Polini race saddle

and this will bocome the place for my 12 Volt transformer for my RPM clock

but the best has also arrived, täädää, the 46mm Simo kruk

Just a little work on my milling machine and this biest will fit 😀

                                nice to see this!

But don’t you have to adjust a lot for fitting well that crankshaft? Thanks

If you got the right equipment it is not so much.
Just a bigger diameter for de crank and with some Simonini big ends you need to wider the case as seen on the photo’s above.

                                  Realy nice work again Ralph.
