i will messure it later today, ive got a 12v direct feed, with voltage selector 0/13 volt,
it is hooked up on a basic heating system, witch runs on candle licht 😀2.2 amps schould be good for minimal 1 hour, but ill give you some numbers so we know for sure 😀
edit: it`s pullin 0.6/0.8 amps about 10 WATT 😀 schould be good for 2 hours

Your carb position is low enough.

@ktmgek, I like to run it sometimes with race fuel (maybe for races)

this can not be mixed with standard fuel. And as the race fuel is expensive I will have it under control with the small race tank.
The standard frame fuel tank can be used for standard fuel then. 😀Thanks mensen, I’m trying hard to get it finished for the first ride. Need to fix the thermo sensor in the cylinder head and putting new brake fluid into the brake system.
Then waiting for nice weather 😉Citta-ciao, no idea, only had some first engine run test without driving. But nevertheless, this will be more a sprinter than a high speed racer.

The thermo sensor only worked when the engine was switched off. Need to have a better one for the future. But water temp of about 79°C was not bad I think.

also the small fuel tank was leaking, nice smoke when the fuel run over the exhaust. 😀
This need to changed also for the future.Important thing now is the jet setup for the carb. During next days I will disassemble the carb and check what jets are in there.
Does somebody has a rough idea with what jets to start?Nevertheless some nice pictures and a film made by Junior after a sosolala try run. 😉

This is the first time someone has build such an engine. Unfortunately u are on your own on this. 😉
Hopefully you will find your settings very quickly.I think this engine will needs lots of rpm and will be much happier with a variated transmission.
When do you change to vario? -
