hehehe, yes it is a carbid lamp. Calciumcarbid mixed with water will become a Gas what is burning in front of the reflector.

For the back lamp I try to get a Petroleum lamp.(a)

So no more kabels needed and no light coil.8)

soho, short update 😉

Last days I fixed the clutch, pulley,ignition coil, Citta cylinder haet (after some rework), a different hand bar and made some paint work on the closed inlet and the saddle fixing.

I hope that I will get the handles, brake cables and front and back lights next wekk.

so, short update.;)

The exhaust heat bands are ordered

Malossi clutch springs, brake and gas cables, fuel line and filter and the headlamp were delivered yesterday and fixed now.

I only don’t have the Deko cable, no idea where to get at the moment.

In the following pics I’ve tried to find a position for the headlamp. On top of the handlebars or below or between both:?

What do you think for the position of the lamp?

the airfilter is from a Scooter Shop named Mopshop (www.mopshop.de)

If I order some parts next time there I can order one airfilter for you too if you want.;)

This kind of airfilter are not very good in filtering.
A spongefilter is better Piet. Better filtering en more capacity. 😉

I think your headlight will look better just in the middle of the 2 positions if that’s possible.
So under the steeringbar and just on top of the lower forkmounting.
If that’s not possible, take the first position. Much more old timer then the lower mounting
