The new tires and cleaned up wheels realy made a difference, is is a tough looking bravo at the moment

Ofcourse you are going to make a “Ralph-Tuned” 50ccm engine 😉

17 juni 2009 om 18:09 #452720nice tires, those are the original ones on the Vespa Superbravo. probably very expensive, not? the bravo really looks great, what are your further plans with the exterior?
17 juni 2009 om 18:42 #452723yes this are the original Pirelli tires. One tire cost 18,80 Euros incl. shipping cost in Germany at this shop
No real idea about the exterior:? maybe some small fenders and Bravo side covers.
9 juli 2009 om 13:43 #453365so short update:D
Today I got my new vario clutch with 8,5:1 gearbox
I’m missing the special nut with fine thread to fix the clutch on the vario pin. Will go out now to see if I can find one, maybe at OBI:lol

9 juli 2009 om 14:14 #453366Aw piet, we have to team up once mine has red wheel as well! next tour? I’m going to mount semi slicks though.
You need to make a custom subframe as well : -)
Nice job on the clutch!
9 juli 2009 om 14:27 #453367hehehe, next tour for sure:D
What do you mean by custom subframe?
9 juli 2009 om 14:43 #453368I think Edjuh means something like this:

Except your’s has to be straight :lol
The clutch looks nice, how did you made the axle?
9 juli 2009 om 14:57 #453369wow, that looks evel:o
It is the scooter axle cutted to te right length and then have a inner whole to stick it on the standard Ciao gear axle. Then both were welded together.
9 juli 2009 om 15:33 #453370That,s a very nice upgrade you have there

And do you like the exhaust or do you find it your tiff to silence now:D
9 juli 2009 om 16:25 #453371thanks, hope this will run fast;)
your selfmade Tiffi exhaust works pretty well on my Tiffi with a DR EVO engine.:D
I drove with that 80 kilometer to our Pattscheid meeting last month. I only had problems with my ass after the tour as the Tiffi sattel is very bad. Here are some pics from the Tiffi at Pattscheid meeting with your exhaust.

Btw, you know that the front fender can crack and block your front wheel?

So if I were you I lookt for a way to reinforce the front fender.
Becaurse you fall very nasty when the front fender block the front wheel. -
